Isolated on the Pacific Coast mountainside, Casa Antonio has an elevated,
unobstructed and panoramic view of the inlet from Quepos to the Islands of
Manuel Antonio National Park.
Offering a spacious three story private Villa with four isolated bedrooms all
with large private modern baths. Water heated by gas and electric for
continuous service,. Casa is fully air conditioned, with separately controlled
units in sleeping areas. Accommodating 8 to 10 people.
Adjacent to the casa an extra Cabina is also available for 2 or 3 people or a
baby for an additional pric $1000.00 for the week.
The Cabina is not rented separately unless there are no guest in the Casa
*Rentals: High season-November 15 to May 31 $5000.00/wk.
**Christmas week or New Years week $9000.00 each/wk.
Easter Week and Thanksgiving $6000.00/wk.
Low Season- June 1 to August 31 @ $4000.00/wk.
Rainy Season-September 1 to November 15 @ $3000.00/wk.
There is a 13% Tourism Tax that must be added to the total cost of villa and
any commissions given to others and explained in the billing page.

*Reservations must be made prior with a deposit of 50 % of rental and the
remainder to be paid 30 days before visit.

The Master Suite encompasses the
entire upper level with a magnificent
270 degree view. This suite is bright
with natural sunlight and a separate
terrazzo overlooking the pool and
expansive jungle below. One queen
size bed with an extra twin, AC isolated
to space. Grand bath and shower with
view of ocean. This space is spectacular
and very private.
The Pool Room at the lower level,
is isolated away from the main house
with medium to high natural light
cordoned off with curtains. Private
bath, King size bed, AC, ceiling fan.
Great space. View of garden and
Pacific Ocean about 400 meters
away. Three steps to the pool. You
will hear night life of the jungle.
The Einstein is on the main level
with no stairs and located in the front
of the house with a very large bath
and close to the kitchen.  This room
has a queen bed and is for the quiet
sleeper, low light. Howler monkeys
in the morning. AC and ceiling fan
